- RETURN & REFUND POLICY -
1. Cancellation
Customer will not be able to make some amendments or cancel order once you have completed checkout and payment make. Therefore, we strongly recommend our customers to double check the order details before place an order.
2. Returns
We do not offer returns for products purchased. If any error is made on our end, you are entitled to a rework.
3.Refunds (if applicable)
We do not offer refunds for purchases made. Any purchases made that have errors on our end are eligible for a rework. However, If ordered item is out of stock or issue technical problem, we might proceed refund to you within 2-3 working days.
- COLLECT / DELIVERY METHOD -
1. Self collect
- Customer can self collect rubber stamp at our shop during working hours. (Monday - Friday | 930am - 530pm)
2. Courier
- We ship to every corner that needed rubber stamp in MALAYSIA. Customer will received goods within 2-3 working days depends on the delivery location.
- We charge courier fee of RM10 flate rate to whole West Malaysia.
REMARK
- Order might delay due to technical or resources problem.
- We would appreciate if there is 1-2 extra business days for courier service in case of any unexpected delays.
- Please provide the appropriate shipping information at checkout. If parcel returned to us due to invalid or incomplete address or contact number, we will not responsible for resending cost.
